Welcome to the Village Limits Country Pub, Restaurant and Motel. We are a friendly, relaxed B&B in Woodhall Spa with a small pub & restaurant attached. We are proud supporters of the Tastes of Lincolnshire  scheme through which we have won several awards for a food and accommodation. 

We are the equivalent of a small hotel in Woodhall Spa with the friendliness of a B&B. Located 1 mile from the centre of the village providing peaceful accommodation for your stay in Woodhall Spa. We are currently refurbishing our B&B rooms and this will be complete by Easter 2010, however we are still trading and have rooms available and your stay will not be disturbed by the work.
